1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, role (property manager or process server).
• Job and service information: property addresses, notice types, service instructions, and other details submitted by PM Users in connection with a service request.
• Documents: notice documents, proof-of-service materials, signed declarations, and, for Server Users, license and W-9 documentation uploaded for verification.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe; Serve Right does not store full card or bank account numbers.
• Location/coverage information: counties or service areas selected by Server Users to determine job eligibility.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate the Service, including matching jobs to eligible Server Users, processing payments and payouts, generating declarations of service, sending transactional notifications, and maintaining platform security and compliance.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, including: Stripe (payment processing and payouts), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Supabase (hosting, database, and document storage). These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to Serve Right.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and job information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including recordkeeping relevant to service of legal process), and resolve disputes.

5. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete that information.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, update, or request deletion of certain account information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required by law or legitimate business need (e.g., completed service records).

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
